Its the American Crime Story is the second season of the FX true crime anthology television series American Crime Story. The season will premiere on January 17, 2018, and will consist of a total of 9 episodes.

Gianni Versace was an Italian fashion designer and founder of Versace, an international fashion house, which produces accessories, fragrances, make-up, and home furnishings as well as clothes. He also designed costumes for the theatre and films. On July 15, 1997, Cunanan murdered Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace, shooting him twice on the front stairway of his Miami mansion.

Andrew Phillip Cunanan was an American serial killer who murdered at least five people, including fashion designer Gianni Versace and Chicago tyc00n Lee Miglin, during a three-month period in mid-1997. On June 12, 1997, Cunanan became the 449th fugitive to be listed by the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. The string of murders by Cunanan ended on July 23rd with Cunanan's suicide by firearm. He was 27 years old.
