After watching Succession, and reading about Cohn, this looks very interesting.

There should be way more interest in this movie.

I just saw it, and its a great film. Its not a hatchet job or a brainless biopic. Its a film with an important story to tell. The origin story of a villain. Whats remarkable is that almost everything in the movie is a matter of historical record.

Roy Cohn was one of the most malignant moral blanks in American public life, and Trump has taken his example to its extreme, inevitable conclusion.

Jeremy Strong's performance is fantastic and could have been explored in more detail. Sebastian Stan is pitch perfect as Trump. He has more of an arc, starting out as a reserved mid level player, who is able to use Cohn's connections and advice to build on his fathers empire and ending up as the shyt talking wannabe autocrat he is today.

I think a lot of thought went into the details and it will grow a cult audience over time. Definitely worth checking out if you can find a theater thats playing it.

The movie should have been about Roy Cohn. The real story is about him but they are so focused on getting Trump involved it drags the movie down. Its kinda all over the place. Starts off strong with the first half but becomes a mess in the second. Could have been better and should have been better

guy playing trump was awesome too. there is a rape scene thats pretty graphic

id be kinda nervous if i had anything to do with this film. its not a sympathetic portrayal of trump at all

I really hesitated to watch this movie, because of Trump overload but this is very good movie.

I think Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong killed their parts.

Glad they both got nominated but I don't think they are going to win. Competition too strong.

Trump relationship with his brother, father and wife is not explored enough and we basically only get quick glimpses....we see him being a unexperienced guy and after a few talks with Cohn we suddenly get montage and he is this hotshot opening up a Casino in Jersey. Suddenly Cohn is this frail man with aids and he gets a party.....its all over the place.

I dont Know if you paid attention but there was gay sex in this movie...what i want is not a movie on his personal life but on his rise and fall.
