"The Amityville Horror" 1979 supernatural horror film

With a sequel or remake coming out next year, I'm Finna watch the original joint for the 1st time ever in a few minutes. Y'all thoughts? Are the sequels worth watching? I already watched the 2005 remake with Ryan Reynolds several years ago & plan on rewatching it.

Yes i didg this, great amosphere but lacked something..

but for it's time it was a damn good horror flick.

and the soundtrack was done well..ask my nikka

Oh and Margot Kidder was smashing it in flicks that time frame..underrated actress IMO.

That movie used to scare the fukk out of me when I would watch it as a kid.
Now I watch it with the face because almost nothing really happens. It is all atmosphere.
