Fellow Lifters..... I don't know how to comprehend this article...:snoop:

First I raged hard...then...I just...gave up...That article is too funny. A victim of compound exercises? LOL
The only men I know who want little legs are drag queens (not that there is anything wrong with that- I just look horrible in a dress).

I can only base it as aimless Trolling just for jokes...:pachaha:

Absurd Article LINK

EDIT: Shiit.... posted this in TLR instead of The GYM.....Mods any chance you can move this thread to the right section? @His_Excellence_Reincar @Brooklynzson .....

Nothihg funny about the article to me. Somepeople work out for strength, some people work out for appearance. The guy in your meme, zyzz was an advocate of lifting for aesthetics.

It just depends on your personal goals. For me personally, I prefer to look like the model versus the hulking behemoth, but at the same it i would never write off the importance of bench press, squats, and deadlifts. That's just silly. The author of that article doesn't realize you can do high rep sets with those exercises and still achieve the model type body. The other body type they showed to try and prove their point is clearly a picture of a dude on a bulk.

Overall, poorly written article.

Did you actually READ the article? it states;

Are You A Victim Of Squats, Dead Lifts, And The Bench Press?? how can you be a victim?:dahell:

I know who Zyzz was (son of whoever father of whatever yadda yadda) & his legion of fanboys who think it is feasible to acquire aesthetics of his calibre without juicing....:shaq2:

Natural lifters rarely have big butts or midsections. Check the natural profiles and see for yourself (On BB or other prominent websites). But the leg size, yeah, that can be an issue.
By the way, I've read several interviews from lot of top fitness models and they usually don't train any differently that bodybuilders. But don't take my word for it, go read their interviews yourself.

I think the whole mid-section issue might also be genetic (notice the emphasis article places on that. Just like there are men who have pear-shaped hips, even though they are fit. In my experiences, the better I worked my back and legs, the smaller my waist looked, not matter how much weight I carry. Aiming for the "V" is great, aiming for a head-to-toe "X" is even better, IMO.
You will know you are on your way (to a strong "V") when in a standing, relaxed position with your arms down, you can see your lats from the front with NO flexing or tensing....Its funny to take the writer seirously like Yeah people really think they're gonna wake up one day with a thick wide waist and be like "Oh crap, that 405 pull yesterday really did me in :deadmanny:

my opinion/ 2 cents- that article = pure hysterics ! I'm just curious as to why most these guys would deviate/be scared of possessing strong manly athletic legs.....I guess its the skinny legs syndrome that compliments the skinny jeans look that is apparently a fashion statement these days....:snoop:

P.s: To the dudes into skinny jeans, there's no need for sex if you're already in her pants breh..... :camby:
