Yeah I read the book. Its basically a cross of paleo and atkins he also advocates 15 minutes ice baths everyday. I tried it but could not take more than 3 minutes. Also he really big into kettlebell workouts
My brother has this book but is too lazy to even follow the 4-hour workweek. I'm doing a P90X cycle (1 month in, lean) and plan to do Insanity after. Maybe after that I'll borrow this book and see what's up.
