Given all they've dealt with the last couple weeks, limited practices, etc., it was a solid W. I thought the O looked good. Even the OL held their own. And best of all, MVP Lamar was back, at least for one game. Granted this was all against a terrible run D, but still.

They did what they had to do against a :trash: team. Will need to play a better game next week, as this Browns squad we'll see Monday is obviously not the same one we saw W1. We're going to need our front 7 to be ready.

Yeah the week one squad was better than this browns team now.... the browns have one week where they finally look good on offense from the qb position and you guys forget how awful they looked the previous weeks since the bengals game

Lamar gotta throw the ball better. His passing skills were at the high school level. I hope he takes the time this off season with Joshua Harris to develop his passing. I'm sick of seeing the unnecessary side arm throws and overall bad decisions.

I heard a good point today about what might be causing some of Lamar's issues throwing. They said he doesn't throw passes in anticipation like every other qb does at some point of the game. He waits until receivers finish their routes before throwing. That split second of him not throwing the ball gives defenders time to react and catch up if they were beat.

He's gotta put the work in, but I'm not sure if it's a lack of confidence in his receivers or him not knowing what routes people are running and throwing when he sees someone get open.

Roman and Harbaugh are to blame for the bad play selection. The passing game coordinator and the qb coach are to blame for Lamar's poor mechanics/technique/fundamentals. DeCosta is to blame for them not spending more on receivers or doing more to bring in guys like DeAndre Hopkins, who they had a chance to get! At the end of the day though, Lamar is a grown man and he's being paid to do a job. On any job, you have guys that are new that don't know shyt, guys that know shyt but can't perform and guys that know shyt can perform and solve the one off problems. Lamar might recognize the shyt, but his performance is lacking as evidenced by his stats in the passing game.

If he doesn't adjust soon, he'll be seeing exactly what teams are doing to him this year for the rest of his career and they won't being winning any championships :mjcry:

looks like that test 20 minutes before the Cowboys game was a false positive :beli:

This is some bullshyt by the Ravens. Athletes need to practice and play to get into a rhythm. They shouldn't even have signed him if they weren't going to use him. Maybe they're impressed with how Snead has been playing, but I thought that role should've been reserved for Boykin. Dez should be outside and Snead should be backing up Boykin at the slot.

nothing but the truth being told here but I’m gonna disagree about the Lamar part he was thrown into a situation that was fukk up from the beginning and he doesn’t have the coaching staff around him to pin point what he’s doing wrong because it’s no one on this team that’s tactical or strategic offensively basically Lamar was fed to the wolves under harbaugh and Lamar will continue to regress as long as he’s here because Lamar is not being accountable for his mechanics as long as he’s winning games in this fashion smh because he’s saving jobs
