It's the front running culture of the Lamar era....

Culture was different with same coach in Harbaugh combined with our previous squads/rosters...
This issue happened before Lamar too. Remember he 21-7 halftime lead vs Pittsburgh in 2010 or the final drive of the 2011 afc title game or how close they came to blowing a 22 point second half lead in the Super Bowl or how they blew a pair of 14 point second half leads vs New England in 2014?

Nah we can't put anything on the refs. We had plenty of opportunities to win despite that call we just make mistakes like we do every year.
That was a horseshyt call that gave the Bills points. When you lose by two, that stuff matters.

At worst, it was a no call, at best it was OPI. You can’t call PI there

I always said that when my Steelers beat Lamar it was never on him. It was either receivers dropping wide open passes, d coordinator calling zero blitzes at the worst times, or Tucker forgetting how to kick

Lamar does not need his teammates to be super hero’s. He simply needs them to do their jobs. He got the rest covered.

SMH. As a Steelers Stan I wanted Lamar to have another crack at KC
henry drop
andrew fumble
andrew drop
lamar fumble
getting antsy and not taking the XP (typical jim)
not giving it to henry on either 2ptc when the run game ate all half

so much shyt to point to

Cant even really hate on the team too much right now

Team didn’t go out hoes like in years past

they actually fought and played well down the stretch

the Andrews fumble and drop on the the 2pt conversion killed us

this should’ve been a double digit comeback win if it wasn’t for that bytch ass nikka

get him off the team asap

7 years and this bum still doesn’t have a TD catch in the playoffs :pacspit:

That PI call was the game, 3rd down and they have to try a deep FG. They get call and it ends up in TD.. That is HUGE.. TERRIBLE CALL. That call and Andrews choking..

And if Lamar doesn't fumble maybe we win. There's many plays on our end that we need to be pointing to before we complain about the refs.

Yeah, they didn’t panic when they fell behind, they stuck to their strengths, but key guys just fukked up in big moments. I can’t even blame the coaches for this. Andrews and whoever threw that PI flag right before halftime are the names to blame here.

I get that. But that flacco era was more of playing down to competition any particular game, imo.

But maybe I should have been more clear. This Lamar era can run up the score against bad /undisciplined teams and fire on all cylinders, but against a team that is solid/discipline they tense up in the tic for tat games where fundamentals matter.

I thought rooting for the Vikings was torture

Yall definitely lead the league in the pain category

Im mad for yall and im not even a fan
The 2006 divisional round vs the colts which was followed by a 5 win season that was filled with injuries to so many key guys that led to Billick being fired unnecessarily, Flacco throwing away the 2008 afc title game, blowing a 21-7 halftime lead in 2010 vs Pittsburgh which ended with TJ Houshmanzadeh dropping the ball on 4th down with the season on the line, giving away the 2011 AFC title game on 3 straight plays, giving away two separate 14 point leads in the second half of the 2014 divisional round vs New England because they never adjusted to play the pass first and take their worst corner and safety off the field, giving up the winning score that ended their season in the final week or two of the season in 2016 and 2017 when either one would’ve clinched a playoff spot if they got a stop, not showing up for 2019 vs Tennessee in the divisional round at home (in 5 playoff matchups between the ravens and titans, the road team is 5-0), losing Lamar to injury down the stretch to sink the season in 2021 and 2022, then last year in the afc title game just deciding to never run the ball.

Outside of 2009 vs Indianapolis (where I really didn’t like the play calling anyway) I can’t think of a single playoff loss in the last 20 years where they didn’t give it away. Every game ends in them doing dumb shyt and blowing it like the 1998 or 2009 nfc title games (sorry to bring them up :francis:. A good friend of mine is a Vikings fan and I’ve never seen a fan of another team so busted up as he was after the 2009 loss).
