Yeah I don't like trying to use the refs as an excuse. The team knows what they need to do to win this game. If we lose, it will be because the team didn't execute like they were supposed to.

I'm not sweating this game. even with them having Milano, Bernard and Taron.

The game will come down to a few things...

If they are confident enough to stay in their beloved Nickle packages. If they believe Bernard, Milano, and Taron is enough to slow down our rush and get us into 2nd/3rd and long to make us pass outside the numbers.

Our 21, 22 and 12 personnel packages are going to eat clock and run them down. They go base, they can't contain Likely AND Andrews

They aren't running on us. So if they try to go 11 personnel often to get Stephens on the field and attack him and the defense our pass defense.

This also will be dangerous because if they don't connect. ToP will be their biggest enemy.

I think we route them and hold ToP similarly to the Steelers game because they fail to connect against our pass defense or they will get us into a "shootout" of their pass vs our run and its a narrowly close game.
