I swear the sports talk radio in Baltimore sucks one dude called in 105.7 this morning and said harbaugh needs to be fired and they cut him off without a reply smh

I disagree that Harbaugh is hindering Lamar and that he is taking a step back. The playcalling has been absolute trash. Heck just look at the INT that RG3 threw last game. Why was that play even called
I do think Harbaugh needs to have some playoff success this year or he could be on the hot seat which sucks cause that most likely means whole new coaching staff which I think will hurt Lamar tremendously.

Harbaugh is the Common denominator harbaugh has fired assistant after assistant at some point the blame has to be put in him as the head coach because it’s no way this team should be 31st rank passing and defense is 26 against the pass all this falls in harbaugh imo

How talented do you really think we are as a team? We have to be truly honest with ourselves. I think some things can be put on Harbaugh (the loss to the Titans, the way we played against the Chiefs) but at the same time we have had some awful play calling on both sides. And let's not talk about how are defense can't get pressure on anyone. Truth of the matter is that we have a lot of flaws and not having a proper offseason is causing them to show up.

The talent is there we not upgraded on defense from what the ravens had last year besides The pass rush it’s no excuse for them to be rated so low in pass defense all this boils down to coaching the game plan/ schemes has been horrible, I’m not shooting this team/ coaching no bail this year With little too no turnover on offense but in the line this team should be clicking on all cylinders

Talent wise we're pretty much just a 8-8, 9-7 level team IMO.
Going to give credit to harbs for designing an offense and committing to develop Lamar; now even though it has limitations, we have a dynamic running game that can put up points and running down the clock which forces most teams into pass heavy play-calling to catch up, which allows Wink to blitz heavy, and not expose our run d limitations.
But when we run into teams that match up with our running game (on defense) and can score quickly, we fall apart due to lack of talent and inability to adapt scheme-wise.
