i cant stand Harbaugh apologist

the fact that they think we can’t do better than a guy that has missed the playoffs 5 times in the last 9 seasons and has the same amount of playoff wins as Joe Burrow during that span is insane

they keep letting him live off his early years when he’s riding Ray & Eds coattails to all those playoff wins

EXACTLY!! And don't forget, he was surrounded by former head coaches and coordinators that were superb.

Anyway, this is a fukking "what have you done for me lately" business! If you ain't first you're last. One and done in the playoffs ain't Ravens football and I don't think they ever loss a home playoff game before the Titans came and embarrassed that ass in 2019. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Michigan's defense was ranked 8th in the FBS last year. They allowed 17.4 points per game, 204.4 yards passing to opposing qbs, 126 yards rushing per game, 330 yards of total offense per game, 17 1st downs per game and 1.1 turnovers per game. 34 sacks on the season, 14 from Hutchinson, 11 from Ojabo. They had 8 ints all season. To me, this is the statis quo and its not gonna be a drastic change from what we've been seeing. Unless, he goes to a traditional 4-3 or let's the DE just rush the passer.

Anyway, those aren't terrible stats, but here's my issue. Harbaugh and the Ravens have a major problem IMO of doing what's comfortable or what's familiar as far as coaches are concerned. This is some good ol boy shyt to bring this dude in when their are better options out there. To go from one Harbaugh to another is proof that this is some good ol boy bullshyt. Who the fukk at the castle has the balls to stand up to Harbaugh and these asinine decisions!?! Even if it's not done in public, atleast in private, someone needs to be calling this bytch ass dude out on this shyt. Got Decosta drafting Michigan players because "my brother likes him and thinks he can help us." :mjtf::why::snoop:

I will be so happy when this clown leaves

Hate to do it but, Titans 2003, Colts 2006, and Chargers 2018. I agree with your overall message though.

Appreciate the correction! Ok, so him and Billick have both loss home playoff games and have 1 superbowl each. Yet, people have annointed Harbaugh as one of the best coaches in NFL history.

And for clarity, I'm not a Billick stan, but those are the two most tenured head coaches for the Ravens. I didn't agree with his firing back in the day.

I'm guessing if Harbaugh leaves, it'll be similar to what Sean Payton did and he basically makes the choice to "take time off."

Im not too excited like everyone else here, but at least we get someone young with a more modern approach

If they're running Cover 1, who the fukk is gonna be the solo ball hawking safety that can cover sideline to sideline?? Cause he ain't on the roster imo.

Quarters typically has one LB if any. We know that'll be Queen, but he has horrible instincts in zone coverage and is a liability in man to man.

I'm not bashing the scheme, but they gotta either make sure the coaching is top tier and the players understand leverages, concepts and tendencies or they gonna have to bring the guys in who can execute.

Quarters should let Peters play more free. I'd be concerned if they go cover 1 with the safeties on the roster.

I have a theory on why GRo wasn't fired.

I remember him talking about plays he supposedly has designed that he will run at a later time. If you look at the backs they brought in last season and the way they ran, especially Murray and Bell and how ineffective they were most of the season.

My theory is that Greg didn't run his normal offense last season because he didn't want to tip his hand to defenses for when JK and Gus come back. I'm thinking he has specific plays designed for them, most likely just JK. I'm theorizing that Harbaugh knew full well of this and that's what saved GRo's job.

If the run game is just as bad next season, I'm wrong and GRo just doesn't have anything else he can call that defenses aren't ready for. If the run game is back to historic levels, then I might be right.

However, I do remember at the end of 2020, players on offense were complaining that defenses were calling their plays before they ran them.

My theory is probably wrong :shaq2:
