we didn’t get a 3rd from Houston…they’re basically like comp picks

We got 2 3rds for Culley

its a new rule that started last year

if any minority coach from your staff gets a HC,OC,or DC job you get 2 3rd round picks

we took Brandon Stephens with the other pick we got for Culley last year

if Hortiz gets the GM job then Wink is definitely getting the HC job

This. I don’t see Wink or Roman going anywhere unless another team poaches them for a HC position. Wink pretty much can say that no defense overcome the level of injuries in the secondary and Roman can still say the same with the offense still being among the top half in the league (we know that’s due to Lamar tho).

If Wink thinks he's overcome any injuries in the secondary, he's sadly mistaken. The defense finished 32nd against the pass.

This draft isn't deep at interior oline, but its deep everywhere else the Ravens are bad at. Plenty of OTs, DBs, Dlineman and one really good ILB out of Utah. I'm projecting the Ravens to select a DB or OT with their 1st pick. If they could trade with the Eagles for one of their picks and a second, they could really reload the depleted roster.

Several veteran players will be gone if they don't sign team friendly deals. The Ravens are only projected to have between 7-12m this offseason.

Build through the draft or settle in to mediocrity at best.

We had issues with zone and man to man, I much rather see Roman out but with the way the offense was obliterated with injuries I think he will stay another season.
