Bill Belicheck without Brady was 7-9 last year and now he is going to be 10-7 this season.

that averages out to being barely above .500.

You need HOF talent to win games in this league.

Atleast Harbaugh needs HOF talent. Belicheck had some key defenders sit out last year due to Covid as well.

You definitely need talent to make plays that could win you the game, but you also need a coach that's not going to lose games for you too by making asinine decisions, having poor clock management skills and spectrum level situational awareness.

Just say you don't like Harbaugh and keep it pushing ... he is a good coach who has flaws like every coach unless you have a coach that you know will make you guys better ain't no point getting rid of him...

and people can kill the playcalling and all offense they opened up the playbook for Lamar this year and you seen the growing pain and struggles and lamar lack of trust in his own arm and decision making...

Bro, Harbaugh has his ENTIRE SECONDARY out . on top of that HIS ENTIRE RB room… just stop man. every coach needs great players . without them, 95% of them are are average. Andy reid went from bad clock management and too pass happy as a reputation to the coach of a potential dynasty when Machomes showed up. Same with Pete Carroll once the LOB got old. he got Russ and great WR and they are 6-10. my point stands . I could go on but you got the point.

I'm glad somebody posted and appears to have done the research! Harbaugh is an average mothafukking coach!!! He benefits from excellent players and doesn't contribute shyt! Look at the years between 2013 and 2018. Ravens had a good year in 2014 with Steve Smith, Check Down Joe (aka Flacco) and more importantly Gary Kubiak! Take that season away and the Ravens were a middle of the road team, much like this year!

Harbaugh is fukking ass. All you nikkas creeping on the Ravens thread that say he's a "great coach" can go offer your cheeks to Biscotti...maybe he'll trade Harbaugh to the team you follow!

I disagree that he is ass or even average. I would take Harbaugh over most of the coaches in the NFL today. Do I have issues with him, absolutely but to say he is ass, have you've looked around the NFL and seen some of the coaches out there. Just imagine what we would look like with Mike McCarthy coaching

All i want is Roman gone. his pass concepts have improved but we are wasting a generational talent. The most altletic QB in history needs to be in a spread system with big body Andrews surrounded by speedy WRs and a shifty RB in the backfield. Think Chargers system with JK / Gus in the Elecker role. I would say the Bills but they don’t run the ball nearly enough . Bateman has shown me enough over the last few weeks that he can Hollywood can be our outside WRs. Sammy can kick rocks .

Lamar can't handle an zero blitz and you want to go spread LMAO ...we gotta be honest they opened the offense and gave lamar the keys and it was good and bad but once the bengals in the second half of the first game started blitzing Lamar you saw the warts...lamar doesn't believe in checkdowns and it was there for him
