Who's on your wish list before the trade deadline?
I saw Chris Harris, Marlon Mack, Phillip Lindsay and a 2019 1st round OT from the Eagles names mentioned. There's a list floating around of 18 guys that are potential trade targets for the Ravens, but these are the only 4 I saw.
Personally, I'd prefer the OT. With Mekari down and AV being well, ass, I think an OT would help Lamar tremendously. My only concern is that the guy isn't that good which is why he's being traded on his rookie contract with 2 years left. Could be the system, but young olineman are usually more flexible in terms of scheme.

His goofy ass gotta go back to driving trucks
You can't just blitz everybody. Teams are scheming against alignments and personnel. Wink has no adjustment skills outside of not blitzing at all.
