If you're saying that he needs to improve his passing and reading of defenses, then opening up the playbook would only expose his flaws more.
two things can be true
Lamar missed some simple passes but the play calling and scheming won't get the Ravens to a superbowl.
The statements contradict each other seeing as that they would actually open up the playbook if Lamar they thought that Lamar Jackson could make the passes that he needs to make.

Btw looking at some of the highlights Lamar took some bad hits.
They missed their window for a championship. With some key contributors leaving at the end of the season and Lamar's big contract looming, the Ravens won't be able to bring in any big time FAs to help them win a championship.
Only way they can win a championship is if they have some dynamic draft picks.

Averrett probably played the best out of all the CBs
he got benched cause of his pass blocking
i watched a youtube vid last night that highlighted how bad he was at pass protecting
on Lamars 1st fumble dude just let the DE run right by him...had he picked up that block it wouldve been a big run by Lamar instead of sack/fumble
Lamar took a couple big shots because of missed blocks by Ty'son plus he didnt work his way up the field on the swing pass Lamar threw him(same pass the media is trying to say was a bad pass by Lamar
)I like Ty'son but he isnt ready yet...hes a good runner but he has to get better at blitz pickup and catching the ball
Le'veon probably gonna get alot of snaps next week cause hes great pass blocking and catching the ball out the backfield

only thing holding this team back is coaching
the moment they get rid of Harbaugh sky is the limit for this franchise

You're right about Harbaugh. Him and his coordinators are holding the team back. However, we know when new coordinators come in, they like to bring in their guys. We'll have to see if DeCosta makes any big personnel changes if Harbaugh leaves.
I hope you're right about their window. I'm not saying they can't win with Lamar, but we saw how Flacco's contract hurt the Ravens for years. If they draft some beasts, I believe they can win, but with this o-line and this coaching staff, I don't see it happening this year. I'll be glad to be wrong, but this roster is flawed and the injuries are pilling up.
