Nah bruh. Diary of a Mad Band >. Missy and Timbo ghostwriting/ghostproducing. :wow:

i use to think that too. but the 2nd half of that album is kinda ehhh. the 2nd half kinda is a bit dated now. i wish they would've kept "sweaty" as spacey as it was in the 1st few seconds. the beat was the best for the 1st 30 like seconds. i didn't like how it lost it's magic after them 1st 20 seconds

gimme all you got was great in 93' but now it's kinda eh

same with in the meanwhile, i like the production but it's kinda just there. i don't know. it's nice but it's kinda yeah, this cool but not fukkin' with them 1st 6 songs on here

same with you got it with redman

but the show, the after party? that shyt goes from start 2 finish. no skips. the concept of that album was tight as fukk too

As amazing as their slow jams were pretty much all their uptempo songs range from ass to forgettable at best

I guess I'm going to disagree a bit. It's understood that the first album was the greatest, then they started falling off more and more with each subsequent release. I only own Forever My Lady and Diary of a Mad Band now.... The Show, The After Party, the Hotel was weak beyond "Feenin," "Love U 4 Life" and "Freak'n You." On DOAMB, "My Heart Belongs to You" and one other song is all I really listen to...

To this day, I play FML all the way through, no skips... and maybe some repeats.

I'm a soul baby.... It helped because I'm an actual singer as well. I didn't get into hip-hop/rap heavily until 95.... mostly Dirty South music....

1986-1998 is considered the second greatest era in R&B, with 1992 being the greatest year EVER. Motown is cool, but I love my era.... New Jack Swing and Def Soul were my life.
