Too many bangers to mention, seems like there was a classic flick dropping damn near every week :wow:

Basic Instinct, A Few Good Men, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Unforgiven, Jurassic Park, T2, Batman Returns, True Lies, Interview w/The Vampire ...
The list goes on :banderas:

Edit: Had Goodfellas but that was '90 ... Still many more titles to pick from tho

I think that was near the peak of Hollywood because it's at a time where

A) technology was advanced enough to make some of these types of movies

B) Actors/Actresses cared about their craft

C) Big name directors worked big budget movies without executive interference

D) Scripts were given a chance without a group of executives overthinking and micromanaging

E) You could still shoot on location pretty much wherever you wanted

Great year but unfortunately the action genre was starting to decline by the late 90s. Still some good ones here and there.

This isn't even mentioning the insane roll Disney was on w/Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and then Lion King :wow:

This era really was unappreciated in its time

Maybe it’s my age because I’m so old, but I like 80s action over 90s action.

I like the 90s for other genres though (drama, psychological thriller)
