Possible, but I doubt they will. These companies already have dozens of lawsuits against each other

I haven't seen it but if your apple are you really worried about something a nokia commercial claims and are willing to spend millions of dollars on a lawsuit? yeah they probably would lol

were they blatantly showing thei note and iphone? i know samsung does it in a sly way where you know they are talking about iphone but don't mention them

I don't see any slander... So I would throw out any lawsuit...

Either way the Nokia didn't look appealing to me at all nor didn't show me any reason why it was better it just looked way too bright so as an ad I don't feel it's effective made me like iPhone and galaxies better actually

You were always a little slower than the rest, so your final conclusion is not that surprising...:laff:

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
I always wondered this myself. Some commercials will say "the leading other brand" and show some generic shyt.

Others will have it flat out say names. I remember Sony first dropped playstation. EVERY commercial was dissing Nintendo and sega flat out.

I found this.... Seems its legal as long as you don't lie

The FTC and the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. (NAD), govern the laws of comparative advertising in the United States including the treatment of comparative advertising claims. FTC stated that comparative advertising could benefit consumers and encourages comparative advertising, provided that the comparisons are “clearly identified, truthful, and non-deceptive”.[15] Although comparative advertising is encouraged, NAD has stated “claims that expressly or implicitly disparage a competing product should be held to the highest level of scrutiny in order to ensure that they are truthful, accurate, and narrowly drawn.”[16] Another major law is the Trademark Lanham Act, which states that one could incur liability when the message of the comparative advertisement is untrue or uncertain, but has the intention to deceive consumers through the implied message conveyed.
