That 2 O'clock feeling......... They really should allow us to take siestas.

The worst part of my working day is the two hours after lunch. I have zero energy, concentration power, or focus. :flabbynsick:

Only thing i'm thinking about is how good it would feel to just lay on this nappy ass carpet under my desk and use my computer bag for a pillow. The sleep would be :ahh:

I don't start being productive again until ~2hrs after lunch. If they let us take siestas, i would come back to work like :gladbron::takedat:

I feel you, breh.

I'm the most unproductive person in that initial 2 hours after I eat a meal.

When I'm at work I eat lunch at my desk while working and then take an hour long nap in the back room.

The only thing i'm capable of doing in that time period is surfing posting on the-coli. I work at the client site so no possible way for me to catch a quick nap. :sadbron:

Can you leave the building?

I used to dip out the office and snooze in my car.

I work downtown DC by the Capitol so i take the metro. My only option would be to go sleep on the benches in front of the Capitol which would be cool if it wasn't so goddamn hot.

Ehhhh, shytty option. :ld:

That's why I sleep in the office now.

It was too damn hot/cold in the summer/winter for me to be running the AC/heat my whole break.

On topic though:

I could've sworn I read about some company in Cali that actually made post-lunch siestas mandatory for the company due to productivity issues.

They had a siesta room with ambient lighting, beds and soft music playing and the whole nine.

we had a sick room and my boy @ work was in there everyday like :dead: for half an hr.

That's me in my jobs old smoking room between 2-3.

If you come in you gonna either see me awake and on The Coli or head down on the table knocked the fukk out. :deadrose:

Ha! As if the Capital Police would allow anyone to sleep in front of the Capital Building
