Watching Inside Llewyn Davis got me thinking about making this topic here...Directors, writers, and producers of some of recent cinema's best and most classic films, as well as being more influential than most give them credit for and this brings me to my point...they don't seemingly get brought up in GOAT director conversations at all:wtf:

I mean as long as they've been doing it and all the classic films in there catalog, you'd think they'd get more respect. I'll say that visually, I don't think there movies are impressive and they do have :trash: on their resume as well but what do the brehs on here think of the Coen Brothers and their movies :jbhmm:

Love their movies.
Big Lebowski is one of my all time favs, I can pretty much quote it word for word while it is playing
Also hold in high regard,
Blood Simple
Raising Arizona
Miller's Crossing
Fargo
A Serious Man

They are superior writers who can blend comedy and drama seemlessly.
