Finally have power again, no running water but plenty of bottled water. Watching my place slowly warm up to a liveable temp finally.
Was a few hours from hitting three days

Hopefully it stays on this time.



I have a 1 year old and a wife, which is basically like having two children.

My power has been out since this afternoon but I have a generator thats been keeping me going.

I cant imagine how it is for folks without that backup power.

If this generator go dead, I'm in trouble tho

It honestly wasn't too bad for me. But I have to worry about my wife/kid's comfort and they have a much lower tolerance for being uncomfortable than I do, that's what made it tough.
For sure getting a generator when I move in the next few months.
