I tried this for a couple days and overall it's just OK. Dualsense Edge remains the best ps5 pad in my opinion

Diamond DPad is fire and my favorite aspect of it. However its overall ergonomics are kind of bulky and the triggers are super touchy

the wireless can be super spotty. has a pretty low polling rate and I've literally seen it fukk up 1+2's because of it. biggest reason I returned it.

I've seen a lot of mixed reviews overall some people swear by it and other return it immediately so you may like it but Amazon is clutch for trying out controllers for a week and sending them back

There's gonna be a hori octa pro coming out at some point that seems like its gonna be a better version of the Vitrix



Leverless is the way to go tho honestly I made the switch and overall it's just more fun to play period . Plus as a device it's much easier to customize/maintain and remain consistent. DPad membranes will always wear down and change over time.

Oh i can do it on hitbox but marvel n shyt require them in rapid sucession which i dont feel like learning lol

Its fine in tekken cuz its usually n isolated motion

You won't. not even no hate lol.

Its literally just a DS5 with customization but for the usage of fgs its marginally better the dpads are a lil better.


But it won't be a huge increase in efficacy compared to leverless at all, especially for tekken

They tighten up the DPad on the edge just enough to make it solid

Edge also has the fastest polling rate out of any controller by far, plus your settings are compatiable across other consoles for tournament play. Its the best PS5 pad you can get

Cause Lidia like most of the cast is an EXTREME version of mostly safe 50-50 strings that transitions into another mixup if you guess wrong plus a safe fake demon paw where you have to eat on block and you have to keep guessing or the mixup starts over.. trash... Raven still plays like traditional tekken character even with all the annoying telaportimg.. he is still taking risks.. more mental frame advantage type of mixups using some disadvantage frames to mix your opponents up to the point where you could make your opponent swing when YOU wanted them to swing or not swing when you dont want them to swing so you can go for a more extensive mixups.. a lot more poking vs just pressure pressure pressure which this game promotes (if that makes sense kinda hard to explain without demonstrating in real time.. in lamens terms vs Raven you can overcome him by having really good defense which is how Tekken is supposed to be.. vs Lidia you have to guess right every time
