They're not doing what T7 did to gain and maintain it's popularity.. T7 pulled Akuma out the bag at launch. very popular character right away.. and I hated Akuma but it gave Tekken the hype attention and boost it needed

In T7 Season 1 drops n we got Geese Howard and Noctis from FF7 Right away.. within a 4 mth span.. they pulled in FF and SNK fans right away

Season 2 drops then they started trickling in legacy characters and they weren't revealed 1 at a time like they're doing now.. right off the back they reveal Anna and Lei then they "Tease" Negan. Even though it was a while aways.. we had something BIG too look forward

Season 3 and 4 we get new characters like Leroy and Fahkuram, Lidia the last season

So far T7 rollout for Season 1 has been ass.. Eddy Lidia who were just bought the last dlc for t7 they make us buy again Season 1 Eddy and Lidia shoulda been base roster.. and they shoulda saved Heihachi for later down the line for Season 2 or 3. (Already looks broken too btw). for some reason they believe this shyt they've been putting out is supposed to hold our attention on top of them claiming no more balance patches for the near future as if this shyt is balanced we could went a few seasons without the tekken ball crap that nobody plays.. recourses shoulda went to something else

It's no wonder why SF and MK is kicking Tekkens ass right now. Look at what they been dropping lately.. especially Mortal kombat.. its not comparison

Yea they're getting there ass kicked when it comes the avg player count declining by the day.. but these people already bought the game.. The difference is with T7 anytime they dropped a big patch or some DLC the daily player count and the sales would increase.. T8 has been in decline since day 1... T7 was also a bad game
