I actually disagree with that. 3 fighters is way easier than 2 because it's less street fighter like neutral involved.

This isn't Tekken anymore this plays like Power Stone or Smash bros.
The sad part is, in reality this isn't a "Patch". This basically is the full game. Season 1 was the beta.
This is what they wanted to turn the game into from the beginning. That's why they ignored all the feedback. I dont know if there's any turning back....

I'm hoping Virtual Fighter 6 steps up, it ain't looking the best right now.
Outside of MK, ain't no other fighting games I really care for.

I for one don't mind guest characters, they work for MK and at least in the case of Street Fighter the guest characters are from SNK, which is a nice throw back to the beloved capcom vs SNK series.
Guest characters work when its characters that people care about, otherwise its a wasted slot. Its why everyone is pissed about some random DJ getting into the base roster of COTW over countless beloved Fatal Fury/Art of Fighting characters that people actually want, and why no one batted an eye when Ken and Chunli were announced as guest characters
