Tekken 6 is hideous

So ive been out the game since tekken 4--i just don't have the free time-- and i picked this up on a whim yesterday. Is it me or r these graphics unacceptable for a ps3 game in 2013. Did they try to squeeze in too much content or something?...and let me know if anyone wants to play.

The balance in Tekken 4 was terrible. Jin and Steve dominated everyone and the lack of
Characters didn't help. I did like the large stages and different starting sections though as well as less focus on juggling with increased gravity and ability to take more hits.

Other than the prolonged juggles in Tag 2 it's probably the best fighting game on the market right now imo. Graphics are great characters are balanced and turtling isn't as dominant as it is in street fighter iv
