Tech savvy breh, i need help. Sd card related

I was recording a video on camera when my camera died. My video says co407 mp4, and it shows how big the video is but it doesnt show me my footage. I have a macbook. When i try to upload to fcpx, the sd card doesnt recognize it ,but i was able to send it to my desktop. Is there any way possible i can get my fottage back im seriously losing my mind.

Try to run a chkdsk on it, through command prompt, it will scan for errors and fix them. That should hopefully fix the issue. I don't know the command for apple tho.
