So early in the morning would be a good timeBCAAs are worthless if you are not fasted. Your Food/Protein shakes already have them in it. Only take BCAA if you have not eaten in the last 4 hrs of a work out.
I use them, but when I run out I will probably abandon use of them.

when do you take yours?I think BCAAs are legit, but not required. I've been taking them in powder form for years.
Amino acids slow the breakdown of muscle during your workouts enabling you to workout longer and harder. Therefore, BCAAs are best utilized DURING your workout.
You can take your standard protein shake after like always.

I just found a bottle of BCAAs in my house I never used.
Would it be a waste to take it if im bulking?
