Like he said in the video, he got that from Neely Fuller. According to Mr. Fuller there's only three types of people on the planet: white, non white, and white supremacists. Terms like mixed, mullato, quadroon, biracial, etc are all created to cause confusion among non white people by the white supremacists.

A lot of the shyt y'all say you disagree with Tariq about came right out the Neely Fullers code textbook and it makes a lot of sense if you follow the logic
