Probably not, the sheriff deparment ruled it justified. Lying about telling tamir rice to comply with video evidence contradicting the officer's account... still justified. Jumping out a moving vehicle to shoot a 12 year old kid within 2 seconds, justified. Charging a dead kid with "aggravated menacing", justified. "But they thought he had a gun" He wasn't given a chance to surrender, he was murdered on sight. I'm not even gonna get upset about this because the real thugs are the ones protecting these off the handle cops.

It is justified to white folks. That's all that matters. We are irrelevant that's why they say and do outlandish cartoonish shyt on the regular. shyt that should have us killing every man women and child of theirs. But we too shook to confront them (not young folks we are more than about that life, older heads are just weak and pitiful and purposefully hold us back from doing anything out of fear for their own selfish agendas).

Yes we are we get held back by our parents. When your young you are down for sgit older heads don't got the guts for anymore cause they might "lose their job.". We are condotioned by them to not respond properly. Just look at that mom beating her kid in Baltimore. That kid has the energy to do some shyt that will make a change and his bum ass mom won't guide him just holds him back.

Did I say to do those things? Protests and riots are the result of lack of older leadership and guidance. That's why I don't hate on them for doing it. If their bum ass parents weren't so busy trying to fit in with cacs they would lead those kids to some real damage. But instead they grow up thinking their situation is their fault. Then when a Freddie Gray situation happens they have no clue what could really do damage they just know protest and riot.

We need to grow our GDP as a race and increase the size of the population. All this mindless feel good activism is just food for news networks and cacs to justify murder by labeling us all unruly criminals.

A judge in Cleveland on Thursday said that he he believes there is probable cause to charge a police officer with murder for the death of Tamir Rice, the 12-year-old boy fatally shot while playing with a toy gun last year — a victory for local activists that does not, however, amount to formal charges being filed against the officers involved.

Activists and others had filed affidavits in Cleveland Municipal Court this week seeking charges against Cleveland police officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback for Rice’s death.

Ronald B. Adrine, a Cleveland municipal judge, wrote in an administrative order released Thursday that in his opinion Loehmann should be charged with murder, involuntary manslaughter and reckless homicide. He also wrote that Garmback should be charged with negligent homicide.

However, Aldrine noted in his order that his role was “advisory in nature,” stating that it is up to prosecutors to decide if they will file charges against the officers involved. Aldrine said prosecutors would be notified about the charges for which he found probable cause.

“That decision is completely within the discretion of the City’s prosecuting attorney,” Adrine wrote.

Aldrine was not available for comment Thursday, and a spokesman for the court said the judge’s “opinion speaks for itself.”

Prosecutor Timothy McGinty has previously told the Post that he plans to take the case to a grand jury in order to determine whether to charge the officers involved.

In a statement released on Thursday evening, McGinty said he still plans to bring the case to a grand jury in order to determine whether or not to charge the officers.

“This case, as with all other fatal use of deadly force cases involving law enforcement officers, will go the the Grand Jury,” McGinty said. “Ultimately the grand jury decides whether police officers are charged or not charged.”

Rice was shot and killed by police on Nov. 22, and his death was one of several over the last year to prompt significant criticism over the way police officers use lethal force, particularly toward minorities.

Officers were summoned to the park when someone called 911 after seeing a young man with a weapon, which turned out to be Rice playing with a toy gun. Police officials said the officers who arrived feared for their lives, but video of the incident showed that Loehmann jumped out of the police cruised and shot Rice within two seconds of arriving.
