WOOOO MY COWORKER JUST CALLED ME WITH THE HEATED VOICE ASKING ME HOW MUCH I GET PAID. I DANCED AROUND THE QUESTION BUT SOMEBODY FOUND OUT I'M MAKING ALMOST DOUBLE WHAT EVERYBODY ELSE IS. I'M PISSED ABOUT THIS. THIS BETTER NOT fukk MY MONEY UP.
That's why it's always a bad idea. When I was a manager, there were dudes on the team working almost 2x as hard as some others, while making nearly half the pay. Corporate America is bass ackwards sometimes.
Well, in my office everyone makes the same since we're in the union. But I remember when I was working at Papa John's and I came from a store that did more volume in a richer side of town so I made more money. I didn't tell anyone how much I made but the Manager in Training looked it up and saw how much I was really making and tried to give me a pay cut. The actual manager didn't let her do it but ever since then she was give me more work to do and then she would cut my hours. I didn't care because I got my new job and left that store about a month later.
Unless your in the military, it's never a good idea to talk money with people outside your IMMEDIATE circle. Like grew up and shared food and shyt. It always changes the relationships.
