I remember we went on a Mt. Wilson hike a little over 10 years ago.

I completely know that feeling where your legs are just gone like that from hiking. Once you commit to the hike, especially with a group you better be committed to finish it. If you're halfway down the mountain and can't walk anymore, you realize you got no choice but to keep walking your ass down.

It ain't like a treadmill where you can hit pause because you're racing against time and still got to drive back home. If bootcamp for you military folks was like this, I can only imagine having to do it all again a day/few days later.

I'm in shape too but that was the last hike I ever went on. Everyone was clout chasing Runyan Canyon and the others around that time, but I skipped out on all that. There's a reason why you see people take a picture of doing it once and rarely again afterwards.
