I got Advanced Tae Bo cardio dvd and its a dope workout. I keep seeing cats saying an intense cardio workout will burn away your muscle but this Tae Bo seems like it'll tone you up and make you more lean. I have two 25lb hex bells that I do a full body workout with should I just work with those instead?
Basically cardio or weights? or both.. i wanna be active with either one every day cept sunday.
