T-Bar rows??????

How do you brehs do T-Bar rows? Rows are one of my good lifts so I go pretty heavy. On regular rows things are fine, but on T-Bar rows the handle starts to rip into my hands. I can't finish the rest of my sets because my hands are bleeding. How do you guys work around this? And please don't tell me to buy gloves, that's for the:wrist:
