Been a skim drinker all of my life...was scared of both the taste of whole (seemed creamy as a kid) and the dogma of fat being bad (not concerned with that since my macros are on point)

Switched to whole milk yesterday to boost my calorie intake and I'm feeling :blessed:
2400 calories and 120g of complete protein for $2.55 :blessed:
Tons of healthy vitamins and minerals :blessed:
Don't care about the saturated fat because macros are on point :blessed:

Actually tastes good and makes protein shakes more filling:blessed:


Still have decades of negative dogma in my head though and am still a bit too scared to drink more than 36-48 oz per day. Need to get over this mental block :sadcam:. I don't necessarily trust the "saturated fat is perfectly fine" movement. Cholesterol is the only part of my bloodwork that is poor and I have been trying to correct that for 2 years.
