Even though @DrX and I are cool there's some things I don't agree with him on. However, his thread on Black elders misleading our youth is ONE thing that I agree with. I've encountered a few who lied. Plus, us AA men are lost anyway. When we hit the real world it's a whole different ball game. We need our youth to know that they are on the White man's terms on a job. That's why you prepare them and train them in a skill (let them go to college too if they want). Now, I don't agree with breh calling our troubled brothas and sistas (N-ggers). That was over the line. When DrX is being reasonable he makes good points.


Another thing, working a job is more than just working it X. It can prepare you for responsibilities and make you want to start your own business. At least for me anyway

P.S. I see yall starting to start drama between X and I. Not gonna work On the real, the guy speaks from the heart. Dude like myself is a Black man in the USA. I get why he feels the way he does. I will say that I'm glad (like myself) that the breh is a free thinker and doesn't bow down.

Oh, this is no beef him and I are alright. This was just my critique. Like I said, he makes some good points in my opinion. I didn't like when he called my brothas the N-bomb though. However, that's on the back burner.
