Those given more information about privilege cited greater examples of personal hardship than the control group, according to the researchers."

You know something, I agree with them. There's no such thing as white privilege. It's a euphemism. The reality is and the truth is we live in white supremacy not white privilege. Privilege implies two things, first that the benefits they have can easily be taken away if and second the impact of it is minimised. Supremacy describes the situation much more accurately than privilege. It isn't easily taken away (what do you call it when the defendant, the prosecution, the judge and jurors all eat at the same family cookouts?) and the advantages they get out of it are significant.

Always found the phrase "white privilege" cringe worthy. I agree with you that shyte supremacy is a much harsher and more accurate description. They exercise a privilege that white supremacy through violence grants. Not every person wants that privilege or like there accomplishments dismissed as not hardwork but lazy privilege, but the reality is as long as the system of white supremacy exists then there has to be an asterisk next to the accomplishments of those who gain a privilege by nothing more than skintone . It's lazy and stupid, and white people who respect themselves and their accomplishment should be fighting a system of white supremacy and proving they can be successful with white privilege, not recounting hardship stories.
