"Police officers may enter and search a home without a warrant as long as one occupant consents, even if another resident has previously objected, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday ... The 6-3 ruling ... gives authorities more leeway to search homes without obtaining a warrant, even when there is no emergency. The majority ... said police need not take the time to get a magistrate's approval before entering a home in such cases. But dissenters ... warned that the decision would erode protections against warrantless home searches."

This is awful. Law enforcement does the bare minimum to obtain consent, whether it's through intimidation or deception. It's very easy to pressure and/or deceive cowardly, stupid people.

"You don't want to get yourself in trouble, right?"
"You don't have anything to hide, do you?"
"If you don't let us in, I'll have a search warrant here within the hour and then you'll really be in trouble."
"I can take you to jail for obstruction of justice."
"Let us the fukk in."

No wonder they're pumping the gay shyt so much, they really just popped that wack ass constitution them dusty racists made once upon a time.

If you arent home, they can come in your home without a warrant, meaning, if you dont open the door when the cops knock they can break in your house and do what they wanna do, more then likely, guns drawn.

But yall rather talk about some fakkits in Uganda and Texas. This demonstrates that the gay rights movement is for powerless people who would rather fight for a useless cause they actually think they can make a difference in, compared to one that actually effects their lives.

Fight for gay rights, but support illegal searches, well i guess they arent illegal anymore. :mjlol: fukkin morons.

The Po-Po will just claim the consent was made even though that never happen.

thats what is going to happen day one. Man I know its crazy but folks need to get dashboard camera's for their cars and cameras aimed at their doorway and a pair of google glass on all the time because thats the only protection you will have.....after the shyt goes down..... and in the process we'll all be snitching on ourselves :snoop:

America really is falling off with these liberties.

Are you surprised at that? I've been saying it for years and people always say "Tinfoil". One thing is they might be hesitate if they know you don't have a weapon or not, this is why they want to seize the guns. Look at Connecticut, they are having a hard time getting people to surrender their guns today.

gonna disagree
they were to be the backstop to the congressional whores
they were the last line
they have been bought too :to:

you're probably right. I consider the patriot act probably the worst law ever passed. The court's ruling on Citizens United isn't far behind it. (in modern times)
