You don't need supplements to "recover faster". If it takes you two days to recover fully then take those two days by all means because there is a reason why your body isn't doing it faster and that's because you simply haven't trained/exercised enough of the same volume to warrant doing any specific exercise to become second nature and thus you will recover faster. There are no shortcuts. You are not an athlete that hasn't had an off day so their body is used to that but yours isn't.

Is all you really need as the BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine supplements are just marketing mumbo jumbo for vitamins and minerals that are naturally in food and in abundance too, with the exception of creatine which your body naturally makes.

Food, rest and sleep is all you need.

If I were you instead of taking energy supps I'd suggest just getting rest naturally otherwise you'll just have a physical and/or mental breakdown in no time fast.

It's not a race.
