What are good supplements to take if I'm training in mma. Been training for almost a month now and I wake up sore as fukk everyday. I got all these partners that are constantly having shakes and supplements but I just work through the training even when I'm tired. I think supplements will give me the boost I need, health wise and performance wise. Please school on me on essential supplements and what your taking. And mowgli homie I'm talking to you too nikka

Your body will adapt. Protein after and cafeine before like semtex said for now unless you have arthritis or anything like that. Then I'd recommend glucosamine. Otherwise gut it out with one month under your belt everything hurting is kind of to be expected.

here is what I take for boxing , but it is weird and just what works for me

Whey Protein
Norwegian Cod Liver Oil
Spiruluna
triple chlorophyll
CGF Chlorella
Men's Multi
Omega 3
Probiotics

some people take Reacon for post workout by Musclepharm , but I don't like it and it is expensive.
