No homo, but I oftentimes find myself working out to superhero movies and episodes of raw because impressive physique and feats of strength pump me up.

But I always keep in mind that many of these guys aren't natural and keep my own expectations realistic

...but what if some are legit attainable through natural means? Maybe...possibly.....definitely?

How many of these guys do you think could possibly be natural? Categorize them under either definitely natural, possibly natural, or definitely unnatural

One of the biggest reasons i started lifting to be honest. I remember being a kid and admiring the rocks physique. I distinctly remember watching him during promos do the 'pec dance' and thinking it was some superhuman shyt-so even as young as about 8 i was already showing interest in bodybuilding i guess.

In terms of physics being achievable without steroids i believe you can. You'll struggle to get in ultimate warrior shape but to me a john cena, big e physique is achievable. Cesaro is a straight beast and natural. Ziggler is in good shape. Also note that these dudes look bigger on telly and in pics than real life.

Is lesnar natural? Dude inspires me so much. Straight up mean bad ass. I can picture him doing log pressess, flipping tyres and shyt on his farm.mall that old school strong man shyt.

And then compare those guys... the guys who win national and international natural bodybuilding competitions... to dudes on juice, not even professional bodybuilders on juice. For the most part yea at least since 05ish

I've with my own two eyes seen that dude make light work of a lot of folks maxes on the big three lifts. He's scary strong

Most out of shape people think anybody who's muscular and cut up is on something, it's how they rationalize being slobs

i think lesnar is natural. dude was genetically gifted and grew up doin all that farm shyt lol. also you have to take in consideration that he has a huge frame. so he can pack on lots more muscle onto his body. lots of tall dudes with small frames and vice versa.

We randomly assigned 43 normal men to one of four groups: placebo with no exercise, testosterone with no exercise, placebo plus exercise, and testosterone plus exercise. The men received injections of 600 mg of testosterone enanthate or placebo weekly for 10 weeks.

The Results After 10 Weeks:
No Exercise, No Steroids: 0.8 lb LBM increase
Exercise, No Steroids: 4.2 lb LBM increase
No Exercise, Steroids: 7 lb LBM increase
Exercise, Steroids: 13.4 lb LBM increase

Conclusion: After only 10 weeks, those in the steroid group who didn't even exercise had a 60% higher increase in lean body mass than the natural lifters experienced. And among the two groups who lifted and did the exact same routine, the steroid group had 313% higher gains in lean body mass
