What superset workouts do you guys do. Supersets are like 2(or more) sets in 1 set
I dont do these all the time but i do them ocassionally to push the training. On the bench for example...

I bring dumbells to the bench and immediately after i do my set on the bench ill do a set of dumbell flies (x6). Really raises your musclar endurance. I dont go crazzzzy heavy on the bench but obviously enough to where im challenged for both parts of the set.

Yall superset anything?

Superset can be performing multiple exercises with no breaks between sets, not necessarily just two sets.

I'll superset antagonist muscles whenever rest is longer than 3mins.

The "no rest between" part gets thrown in the bushes.

im always super setting i work out 2 body parts a day hit abs and run 5 times a week ...then on my 6th day at the gym i just do cardio...supersets are the way to go

I do dumbbell curls and pushups in a superset if that shyt counts. Usually second or 3rd thing i do in the gym cause shyt takes a lot of energy usually 5 sets of 10

super sets are the goat :ahh: but you gotta do on short works out i cant do more than 2 body parts.

from what i understood supersets are an agonist set and then directly to antagonist, i guess there are more options though

I done nothin but super sets,and been on a cut the whole time,prob explains the muscle i built when i was aiming to loose weight only:myman:
One of my main super sets is (with 60lbs dumbell)
8 reps of isolated bicep curls per arm,and then
10 dumbell tricep extension reps,n den
12 wrist curls and then with the 90lbs dumbell finish it off with
12 one arm dumbbell rows,shyt will have u feelin like :smugdraper: when u done with whole set,do that 4 times and then move to my next set of super sets :ahh:

I usually work in core work inbetween sets of aother body part

Curl~decline crunch with plate on chest
Bench~plank or mountain climbers (if there arent a lot of people...mountain climers look stupid lol)
Fly~bicycle
Millitary~crunches in tabletop

Like it cause i dont have to do specific sets for core work, and it makes for a more continuous good workout
