Department Of State Announces Disciplinary Actions Against Charitable Organizations

Harrisburg, PA – Acting Secretary of State Leigh M. Chapman announced today the Pennsylvania Department of State (DOS) filed 16 disciplinary actions against charitable organizations, professional solicitors and professional fundraising counsel during the month of March.
The March 2022 sanctions, all of which are listed on the Department website, included 11 cease-and-desist orders to the following organizations:

- Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia, 230 S. Broad Street, No. 402, Philadelphia, PA 19102
