Department Of State Announces Disciplinary Actions Against Charitable Organizations

Harrisburg, PA – Acting Secretary of State Leigh M. Chapman announced today the Pennsylvania Department of State (DOS) filed 16 disciplinary actions against charitable organizations, professional solicitors and professional fundraising counsel during the month of March.

The March 2022 sanctions, all of which are listed on the Department website, included 11 cease-and-desist orders to the following organizations:

• Keystone Warriors, Keystone Warrior Foundation and Mid-Atlantic Veterans Resource Center, 108 Hammond Street, Blandon, PA 19510
• Entrepreneur Alliance of America, 132 East Main Street, Palmyra, PA 17078.
• Women of Color Network, Inc., 922 North 3rd Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
• Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia, 230 S. Broad Street, No. 402, Philadelphia, PA 19102
