I went thru 3 pairs of workout shoes just this past year

the best I have are the Nike Lunar trainer 1
they are light and feel great
but i need a mid top fit for ankle support

everyday i wear 20lbs of ankle weights on each leg
and twice a week I wear a 60lb weight vest

i have busted out of 1 pair of shoes
another pair the sole ripped
and the Lunar trainer sole at the bottom literally have grinded down on the tread to the point they slip when i do leg work :mjcry:

I don't know. For leg workouts I wear a flat sneaker like Vans, Chucks, etc. For cardio, I wear something that is light weight and built for running.

I thought ankle weights more than 10 lbs where a bad look....
