I can't help it...I just can't.

I've been workin out this winter, slowed down spring time, and now when I need to get it goin for real I stopped with all workouts, no hoops, just putin on puters (I got work to do tho)

My girl is startin to notice...:flabbynsick:

I just cant give up sweets. Feel like tub of shyt after. But while Im stuffin my face with ice cream (like I just did 5 seconds ago) I cant stop.

How do fukk I stop?

Seriously, if I don't allow myself to have it in the house it's easier to not go nuts on it.


Buy small portions. They sell mini like 100 calorie sized portions of ice cream (Because you used that in your example). when you want a treat, try those. That way you can't accidentally binge on the excess.

Gum/tic tacs/sugar free jello All low cal and can satisfy a sweet tooth. I use gum to help control food cravings.

Willpower. This is the best one of all. :obama:

I decided Im givin it up. Im startin cardio tomorrow. No more tub of shyt looks. Im done with that.

DONE.

For testing purposes, I went to the gas station for no reason, bought some candy for my girl, and nothing for me. I usually spaz whenever I get at those kinds of places...I guess Im compulsive.

No more.


We over. Im on Hitler diet from now on.

Just start eating fruits glazed in agave nectar. That should start to curb your sugar addiction. And make your own treats that way you have control on your sugar intake because they put way more sugar in processed foods than you would yourself. You love ice cream? Make your own. Make sorbet. The object is never to omit and take out but to substitute. So just leave the white sugar and the hi fructose corn syrup out and start using stevia and agave.

Dog I got the same problem. I can eat healthy but i have a sweet tooth like a mufukka. especially at night. I had some peach cobbler last night. That crust... :noah:

but its really the only sweet I eat.

1300 calories, 450 calories of fat ( for you size if you're cutting, thats close to how much fat you should be getting from all your meals for the WHOLE DAY)

if you could cut those down to 1 or 2 cookies or altogether, you know it would make a big difference as long as you dont replace it w/ nothing just as bad.

I was able to cut em out for a while but fell off the wagon.
