As a person who has a ST phone, I too can say I been having problems "recently"
Here's the thing tho... something is going on with there service
Thats it... also, they use Sprint Satellites for there service.
Everybody I know with either ST or Sprint phones have been having issues recently. All started the same day
I called, the customer service said "Uhhh.. turn it off, take out the battery.. it will work properly again in 72hrs"
I call back the next day, a different person tells me a tower is down.
I say he's lying (just had a hunch) he gets his supervisor... supervisor doesn't mention the tower being down
I ask him why did his underling say that then? He says "
"
Then he tells me I need to send my phone in, they will give me a new one and give me 2weeks service for free
I didn't drop my phone or nothin.. and like I said, everybody I know with ST or Sprint phones have been having issues the exact same day
So I know my phone is fine... but I will take a new phone
And the moral to this story is ST customer reps are full of shyt
