Like the trade but I still don’t think Malone is the coach to get Denver a chip. I like the trade but Malone’s line ups and in game adjustments or lack thereof are just shyt. At least MPJ is finally getting burn and is getting the ball. Still know Malone is going to jack up the offense in the hopes of defense. I can already see him trying to start milsap when he needs to come off the bench.
He needs a solid offensive mind imo
Bro I got the notification in my alerts and was so confused at the fact we had a season threadshyt I always forget this thread exists.
Malone is fine until there’s a clear upgrade to be had. He basically just lets Jokic run the offense, which is how it should be.
Whatever issues we may have with Malone’s rotations or slowness to make changes, it can be a lot worse. Just remember the brian Shaw days
Any of y'all know why they didn't just assign Bol to the Gleague? No way he gets any rotation minutes now with AG in the fold and its hard to see what value he adds riding the bench. I'm glad Orlando didn't ask for him in the trade but if the Nugs aren't gonna use him they should free him to go terrorize the eastern conference
the g-league isn’t running right now due to covid. He was assigned to the g-league last year and was balling. Denver is finally going to have their own g-league team instead of sharing with other teams next season.
Will Barton is going to be the x-factor. Initially when the trade went down I thought Monte should start over Barton, but that starting lineup from yesterday is so long and athletic it’s crazy.
If Will can just keep his shot selection good, hit 3s and play defense, team is gonna be unstoppable. Just gotta hope he doesn’t go out there and gun while getting blown by on the other end.
I agree with you but how you feel about a 2nd unit with Facu, Monte, and Will? Thats a lot of cooks in one kitchenhonestly, I think Dozier should start at the two spot and bring Barton off the bench with Morris. He could be the defensive specialist on the starting unit and Dozier knows he is the last option on offense and won’t go off script as much as will does and is less like to let people just get to the hoop like Will does when his shot isn’t falling.

Yeah can’t get away with facu and Monte on the court together come playoff time. I like the energy and defense facu brings in the regular season, but him and sap should be out of the playoff rotationI’m fine with that because that’s no different than having Jokic, Murray, and Will in the first unit. Will at least can be the offense instead of acting like he really an all-star and calling his own shot when he is really the fifth option. Also, I don’t think Facu should be getting as much playing time as he does. Once the playoffs come, him and milsap should be out of the rotation for the most part. No reason for milsap to get minutes over McGee or Green. Facu as well once Monte comes back.
