The Plot is basically Double Dragon, Biker Gang kidnaps girl outsider guy has to kick biker gangs ass to get her back and fight for control of the city.

Plus, It was directed by the same guy who directed The Warriors so you put two and two together



Oh yeah and that theme , imagine my response when i found out a white guy sang it

Speaking of old 80s movies I was watching The Wraith the other day and Gutterboy and Skank had me dying laughing. They were clearly the stars/comedy relief of that movie.
