Today we will discuss another topic relating to the ass and lower body called, The Pancake.
Let's begin
The Pancake
Alright. So what is The Pancake? This pose is a move that helps IG models spread fat from the ass and thighs. Kind of like spreading pancake batter into a skillet, hence the name. It's purpose is to make the hips, ass and thighs appear wider and fuller than they really are.
This move is widely used among women who do not have an overtly big ass and wide hips. Not saying that thick women don't use this tactic, but in my research I found most women who were either slim-thick or who only had thick thighs use this pose a lot.
So how does this work? When this pose is used, it creates the illusion of wider hips and a more pronounced ass by the increased surface area. Your eyes see more ass spread out and the picture/video tells your brain that she has a lot of ass and hips.
Think of a 8oz glass of water. In the cup it doesn't cover much area. But if you were to pour it all out onto the floor, it would look like a lot more than 8oz of water spread out. But that is still 8oz of water regardless
Steps
1. It starts with the woman sitting on a flat surface. Preferably she would want a hard surface as this will help with the illusion of spreading as the surface is applying upward pressure.
2. A slight lean back will automatically apply downward pressure on the ass pushing it out even further and forcing the "hips" to spread out even more as well.
(If she is using the tactic from Lesson 2: Manufactured Hips, then this will have a greater effect.)
The further she leans, the more effective it can be.
3. Thighs being on the surface is optional. When the thighs are laid flat, they spread as well adding to the look. When they are lifted off the surface, this gives the model the ability to then use her legs to apply even more pressure by digging her feet in and pushing back.
Examples
Let's examine Briana Bette. As mentioned in the last lesson, Briana Bette is obviously a thick woman, but her hips are not as wide and her ass is not as big as they appear.
As you can see The Pancake move forces her ass to be pushed out at the bottom and her manufactured hips appear wider and fuller at the top. But looking at her body standing, you can see the hips are not really as wide/full and of course the ass isn't as poked/pronounced.
Here is another model.
Her ass being spread may confuse some to believe this woman is slim-thick with an ass, but in reality her ass is not as pronounced. The downward pressure from the lean back has created a pretty good spread here. If she was on a harder surface, it would sell even more.
Before you ask....Yes; This is the same woman.
Same thing. The lean back is creating the spread out/fuller appearance of the hips and ass. You can she she is a very petite woman.
To further illustrate the point, look at Cherokee D' Ass. Everybody in the world knows this woman is thick as left out oatmeal, has a natural giant ass, natural hips and thick thighs. No surgery, no gimmicks/poses needed or anything. But look at what happens when even she does it. It almost creates the look of most IG models that had surgery. Her hips and ass almost look exaggerated.
In conclusion The Pancake is an effective move that helps create the look of a wider, bigger, and fuller lower body. It can make skinny women look Slim-Thick and make thick women look like Cherokee. But in the end it's all angles and positioning. Hope you earned something.
