Low CO2 is for people with heart issues and smokers or lung issues or people that exercise too much. It can also be caused by diabetes and infections. Needless to say it's an alarming value and I would recommend an ABG with glucose level to make sure they're not in DKA but again it can be caused by Lotta factors undiagnosed.

Low potassium is caused by Lotta factors as well. Dude needs to see a doctor cuz those are not normal in anybody and should be addressed ASAP
