So I raise Nutmeg since both songs proved that Dre and Ghost still had it in them. You could say they both incapsulate their distinct styles. Ghost is at his best with rapid-fire, stream-of-consciousness lyrics laced with slang and delivered over vintage soul samples. But then you got Dre and snoop back together for the first time in years. But they not coming back embarrassing themselves with a knockoff, retread of their old sound. The cadence is crazy yo. And the lyrics might sound like gibberish at first, but I catch new stuff in repeat listens. Plus some shyt is just fun to say:
