DeKnight's a great writer. And a serious writer. Hopefully he brings a darker tone to the sequel.
He did an incredible job with Daredevil and Spartacus, so I think this is a good choice. The only thing that sucks, him directing Pacific Rim 2 almost certainly rules him out for being the Showrunner for THE PUNISHER series. Which sucks. I wanted to see what DeKnight could do with the Punisher series.
